| Italy Art, History, and thousands of years of modern culture can be found in Italy. At the beautiful city of Venice you can experience the Venice Carnevale. Visit the Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel in the Vatican Museum. Visit the Trevi Fountain and experience the fable power. Lean with the Leaning Tower Of Pisa or stand with the Statue of David. |

| Hi there. We are a couple coming for the first time to Italy. We probably should have come in summer, but since I'm celebrating my 30th Birthday in few days, my gilrfriend bought us flying ticekts to Milan (To celebrate new year's eve) I'd love to have some ideas what's to see in Milan, and of course around Milan. Is it "worth" to catch a train to Venice for a day or two? Is it better renting a car and drive there? Or should we just focus at the nearer area like the lakes, Verona, etc? How much a train ticket to Venice (from Milan) cost? I'd like to "hear" some comments from people who knows what's the wheather like around that time of the year and of course what can we see and do there considering the coldness. Thank you in advance for anyone responding!!! Have a great Day. Ori |
