| My wife & I are going on a transatlantic cruise that ends in Italy. We will be flying back. Our cruise will dock in the morning of April 1st near Genoa, Italy. We want to spend 2 days before flying back to sight-see. My question is: what is the best way to get to Genoa to Rome where we will fly out of on the 3rd? I realize train/rail is, but by looking online it seems it may cost over $100 per person to do that, although it is under 350 miles (miles, not kilometers). Does anyone know if this is the cheapest way? |

| There is an airline called Air One that flies from Genoa to Rome. It costs about 79 euros for a one way trip. The air time is a little over an hour with flights starting as early as seven o'clock in the morning. That should allow you enough time to check in for your flight back home. Enjoy your time in Italy and have a safe trip. |
