|  Re: accommodation options in Japan I have been to Japan a couple of times, and from experience I can say that lodging in Japan is easy and convenient. You will find various accommodation options besides hotels such as: Ryokans, Minshukus, Pensions, Capsule Hotels, Love hotels (naughty rooms!) and Temple Lodging. Ryokans, Minshukus and Pensions are the most popular accommodation options and great if you're looking to experience a customary Japanese lifestyle. The rates for any of these ranges from $70 to $360 per person a night. Capsule Hotels are the latest type of accommodation in Japan, which are basically single beds. Prices ranges from $70 to $145 per room. |

| Re: accommodation options in Japan I used to live in Japan, and there are a great deal of hotels that are of good quality and don't cost too much. I didn't often stay in many hotels, but look around. There are sure to be a whole bunch. |
