Post Climbing Mt Fuji

Has anyone ever made it to the top? If so, any suggestions on how to keep going?

I've attempted to climb it once but only made it to the second station. I was very young at the time and definitely did not have the stamina to keep going. It was definitely an experience to have. Even if it wasn't that far, the view from the second station was still beautiful!

How far have you made it?

I haven't climbed Mt Fuji and I've been waiting for someone to post their experience. I did find out that the local proverb is 'He who climbs Mount Fuji once is a wise man, he who climbs it twice is a fool'. Where's the wise man or women?

Hi Yann! Not quite sure what you're looking to do as far as posting. Did you have a question about traveling? If so, just find the correct destination and click on "Post your question here". Or if you've like to share some of your traveling knowledge with us, simply click on "postreply".

Hi there!

Yes I've climbed Mt Fuji and are pleased to say that I've made it to the summit and sat by Fuji's dormant (not dead yet!) crater. It certainly is an amazing experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Congrats japan2themax! Your climbing stick must have all of the great stamps from each station to the top. Just curious, how long did it take you?
