|  worth doing the Dead Sea? We are travelling to Jordan for a quick holiday and want to see these places: Pella, Umm Quais, Jerash, Desert Castles, and Mt Nebo. im wondering is the Dead Sea more worth it th? if an any of those place? if so, how long does it take to get there from Amman and is it on the way to Petra? |

| Re: worth doing the Dead Sea? If you are only going for quick holiday (6 days) in Jordan, I'd suggest you skip the Dead Sea and focus on Petra and Wadi Rum. Adding more stops in your schedule would mean too much rushing, and not being able to savour the sights properly. Other than that, swimming and floating in the Dead Sea is a bit of an experience, and one that you won't forget in a hurry! |
