|  Kansas City to Tucson best scenic route Visiting my friend in Tucson can't afford airfare so it's a roadtrip. Am debating hwy 54 as the best scenic route? Would appreciate any help on planning the route. |

| Re: Kansas City to Tucson best scenic route I'd say that a nice route would be the US-54 route to Alamogord then US-70 to Las Cruces and into Tucson. If you can, get into Arizona during the day and stop in Texas Canyon, as it is a nice scenic pull-out. From there, you can take some pictures of the big boulders. Another thing, there is a lot of police on the highway in Arizona, so be careful of your speed. Good luck, and hope you have a good time visiting your friend in Tucson! |
