|  Re: Kansas casinos hi there, There are a few Kansas casinos and most of them are owned by Native Americans. If you are after a Casino Hotel, I can suggest the Prairie Band Casino and Resort. It boasts almost 300 rooms and suites, over one thousand gaming machines and just over thirty table and poker games. There are several different restaurants to choose from as well at the Prairie Band Casino and Resort, which can be found just outside of Topeka. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
