|  Re: popular attractions in Kazakhstan hi there, I would say that the great mausoleums in Southern Kazakhstan are some of the most popular attractions in Kazakhstan. One such mausoleum is the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi mausoleum, which dates from the late 1300s and it is located in Hazrat-e Turkestan. Other popular attractions include the Obelisk of Independence, the Central State Museum, and the New Square which are located in Almaty. |
