|  Mount Kenya activities hey guys, We'll be staying in Nairobi throughout out holiday and I was wondering if excursions can be arranged from Nairobi to Mount Kenya? If so, what things can you do apart from climbing Mount Kenya? thanks |

|  Re: Mount Kenya activities hi there, Mount Kenya is over 100 miles from Nairobi, and indeed, excursions can be arranged with tour companies there, although you might opt to rent a car to head out yourself. Apart from climbing Mount Kenya, you can explore the Mount Kenya National Park, which is home to black rhinos, leopards, and bongos. Also, I would say that the best time to visit Mount Kenya, and Mount Kenya National Park, is between the months of July and March. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
