recommendation in Las Vegas

Hey everyone. I live in Australia and am planning my first trip to the states late this year. I am visiting a friend in New York and then planning 6 days in Las Vegas. As it's my very first time in vegas I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of where to stay and where to play.

Hi there,

Since it's your first time you should probably stay in the center of Las Vegas Strip, just to experience it all. I'd suggest the Luxor, New York New York and Caesar's as my recommendation in Las Vegas, if money is not an objection, otherwise check out Imperial Palace for cheaper accommodation.

However, I'd suggest playing at the Wynn as table games have a $10 min bet, and they have all the latest slots and video poker machines.
