Going to Vegas 1/11/08-1/14/08

We are planning a 3rd trip to Vegas. We are going with a group of 10 people. Do you know if any hotels offer group discounts? Should we book now or wait, do the deals get better the closer you are to the date of travel? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There should be some promo codes popping up in November for January 2008 if you want to checkback.
