after may 15th when the codes expire

Hi, I am going to vegas and want to stay at the MGM on June 10th for a few days. I am just wondering if there is another code that comes out soon since these ones that are posted expire on May 15th? My other question, am I better off just booking with these offers or should I wait. Thanks for all your help in advance!!
