I've always liked Treasure Island because its a reasonably priced strip hotel and there's plenty to do around the hotel. It doesn't have one of the best pools but it has a free show out front called "Sirens" nightly.

I would recommend booking it direct because you save cancellation penalties if you need to cancell and also the best rates are ususally direct.
