Hello all Obviously new to the site, living in London and heading to Las Vegas in November. We have a mid range budget and are planning to stay 6 nights, we are not sure about the weekends though since it seems to be much more expensive. Can anyone recommend a decent hotel ~$200-$250 a night? Would it be better to avoid any particular time in November? Never been to Vegas so all information is welcome! Thanks

November is a good time becuase its a bit quieter and the prices usually drop a bit. Towards the end of November you'll find some of the best deals of the year. We keep a Las Vegas Hotel Deals post that you can find some great deals on strip hotels. Weekends are typically twice is as expsensive since there are so many weekenders going to Vegas. If your looking for the cheapest days consider arriving on a sunday and staying the six nights. For $200-$250 you can get a room at a 3 or 4 star hotel. Check out the deals link above and write back if you have more questions.

hello there.....i have been to vegas often during the week of thanksgiving....during the first part of the week it seems to be quite slow with rates being lower.....for example, if you go on expedia and put in that weeks dates, you will see that you have many options in the price range you said....lots of the nicest hotels are in that range actually! i love vegas in november....its chilly but sunny and wonderful! take care! valliegirl26 florida

Hi You will love Vegas. I would recommend you find a hotel on the strip. For reasonably priced rooms try the Flamingo or TI (Treasure Island). Both are very well placed on the strip. Alternatively you could try NYNY, or Luxor which are towards the edge of the strip but still very good. If you need some helpful info, I I hope you enjoy yourselves and have luck!!
