Platinum Hotel and Spa Opens

The 16-story, $100 million, 225 room Platinum Hotel & Spa opened this week just one block off the strip at Koval/Flamingo. This is one of the first condo-hotel hybrids completed, leading the way of quite a few new ones opening in the next few years. Gentleman, start your engines, here they come!

Generally, prices range in the $200-$300 a night area, with higher rates going to those with a great view, of course. Article and pictures regarding opening

Hey Ed,

I just looked at their website and boy do they need help!! For a Las Vegas Luxury Hotel you would think they could spend some money on a decent site. The virtual tours and photos are just flat out poor. I'm calling them tomorrow to persuade them to hire us.

I'll be in Vegas I hope next month or at the latest in early January to photograph some more properties maybe I can get Platinum in on this shoot.
