Arrived on Wed Mar 7 for Nascar race weekend.............Paris Las Vegas was absolutely AWESOME!! This was our first time to Vegas and it won't be our last - and we will stay at Paris!! I just can't say enough about the hotel...it was beautiful.
The Nascar race took up most of our weekend, so we didn't get to take in any shows. The buffets were fantastic! We ate buffets at: Paris (breakfast, lunch and supper), Bally's (supper), Harrah's (breakfast), Nascar Cafe (supper). It was all good. The only drawback was we made reservations for the Eiffel Tower restaurant and didin't realize it was so pricey. $140 for 2 people!! Oh well. I'll know next time! Hubby took an air tour over Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon thru Scenic. He really enjoyed it. We had a rental car and drove out to Hoover Dam one day....my son especially enjoyed that. Sight-seeing at all the hotels was great. A couple of days we purchased the "all-day" pass for The Duece" strip bus. I highly recommend that. Paris Hotel is directly across from the Bellagio, so we saw the water show every night. Great. I just can't say enough about the entire trip (except that we won NOTHING!).....other than that the whole trip was great!!

Nice! Thanks for the report and glad to hear the trip went so well. Next time you'll win something, the law of averages will work itself out.

Its great to hear you had a good time. Most people either love vegas or hate it. I'm headed down there on the 26th-30th on business and I plan to stay at a couple new casinos. Red Rock Casino, Platinum Hotel, and Southpoint.

I haven't stayed at the Paris in years but I do recall enjoying the pool in summer which is just around the corner. I just read the Las Vegas Grnad Prix is next month I'm bummed that I'll miss it I'm sure that would be a good crowd.
