|  New Orleans casinos hi, Me ans my wife would like to take a trip to New Orleans but I am not sure how the casino scene is down there? does New Orleans casinos have many casinos and do can you suggest any hotel/ casino worth considering? |

|  Re: New Orleans casinos hi there, There are quite casinos in New Orleans such as Harrah's Casino New Orleans, which is both a hotel as well as a casino. As far as I am concerned, gambling in New Orleans does not get a whole lot better than at Harrah's, as they offer package deals, which allow you to choose from dining, concerts, comedy, golf, room deals, nightlife, and more when you arrange for a package deal. |

| Re: New Orleans casinos Harrah's is probably the most popular casino in New Orleans, because it's in the French Quarter, but there are a couple of others. We also have fun at the Treasure Island casino, which is very near the airport. From I-10, once you take the exit, instead of going towards the airport, go in the opposite direction all the way down, and the casino barge is right at the end of that road. There are not many casinos that I know of in New Orleans, but Harrah's is a significant part of the nightlife there, where people go to meet up and hang out with friends, etc.
