Default Macau at night

Hi all,

My friend and I have plan go to Macau and the flight is arrived around 2 am in the morning/night.
Do you have any suggestion where I can spend our night before check-in the hotel in afternoon (around 2pm)? of course we will bring our big luggage as well.

Thank you all in advance.

Question Re: Macau at night

Hi there,

I am a bit confused with your question, can you clarify so I can help you out? Are you looking for suggestions on hotel accommodations in Macau?

Hi Travadvice360,

Let say we will arrive to Macau at 2am (in morning) by flight, and we can only check in the hotel on afternoon, right? maybe around 2 or 3pm (afternoon).

So we have around 12 hours before we check in the hotel. During that time where we can go or spend with our luggage with us. Please kindly help if you have any suggestion. Thank you.

Okay, I see what you mean now, thanks for clarification!

My suggestion would be to leave your luggage at the luggage storage in the Departure Level of the Macau International Airport. I believe it is around MOP20.00 per item (around $2.50)

This way you can move around more freely. Since you are arriving in Macau at 2am, one of the best things you can do is to spend some time at a bar or club.

The airport does have bars where you could stay too. The Venetian Macau Hotel Resort Casino is actually not far from the airport and opens 24 hours.

The casino is not far at all neither, just 6 minutes drive. Apart from gambling, the casino has lounges and bars where you can relax.

Hi, I have the same situation here, will arrive in macau at 2am. Thanks for the above info, very helpful! May I also just ask, will there be any shuttle services to bring us to the casinos at this late hour? Or are these casinos within walking distance from the ferry terminal? Thank you in advance! =)

Hi Liz,

The Venetian Macau Hotel Resort Casino is just a short driveway from the terminal.

Well, that bar or restaurant idea seems to be tiring for someone who just got in a flight. Why not relax at a spa or just gamble if you have the money. Well, don't loose too much though. Anyways, if you are a high roller and you get to win some pot, some hotels are generous enough to give high rollers free accommodations. That is if you win.

Yes, there are shuttle buses if you would like to visit Venetian or other hotels with casino. Maybe the best thing to do is to contact your hotel and ask them you'll leave your luggage. So that when you return for check in, you don't need to worry to carry all those things back on your hotel.
