|  Maine best ski areas hi guys, Has anyone got a favorite Maine ski resort and what would you say are Maine best ski areas for intermediate and advance skiers? |

| Re: Maine best ski areas Hi there, One of my favorite Maine ski areas is Sunday River Ski resort which has 18 lifts, including 5 high-speed quads. Sunday River Ski Area offers a wide array of terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. If you are expert level, you should look to the Whitecap, Barker Mountain, Aurora Peak, OZ, and Jordan Bowl areas. In fact, OZ in particular is almost solely made up of steep runs and tree-lined drops, while Whitecap features the famous White Heat double-black run and the equally challenging Shockwave, as well as some nice glades in Hardball and Chutzpah. |
