|  Nantucket Island for a family vacation hi guys, I'd like to take my family for spring vacation to Massachusetts and I'd like to know what Nantucket Island would be like for a family? is it easily accessible and what things to people get up to? |

|  Re: Nantucket Island for a family vacation I'd say Cape Cod and Nantucket are two of the best family vacation spots along the east coast. Nantucket is just a two hour ferry ride away from Hyannis and the atmosphere is casual and friendly and you will love it here. There are charming shops and restaurants and lots of lovely beaches great for families such as Jetties Beach, Children's Beach and Dionis. By the way, high speed ferry services vary from $48-$61 for adults, while kids under 5 and pets travel for free. I also recommend that you start making reservations soon. |
