hi, my family and I are looking to getaway to Martha's this summer...what kind of Martha's Vineyard attractions and things to do in the island?

I've been to Martha's Vineyard visiting my grandparents and I can tell you that the place has some excellent beaches like Menemsha Beach where you can enjoy boating excursions of all kinds offered by local charter companies.

For instance, a boat trip out to the Elizabeth Islands for some beach time and taking a tour in Martha's Vineyard are two of the must things to do.

By the way, if you plan to come in the height of summer, be aware that the island's beach accommodations fill up fast as Memorial Day approaches so, book well ahead!

it's a very nice place,I have never been there but my friend visited a few months ago,the most beautiful thing is the Gay head,referred to as “the gaily-colored head of the island”:)cheers!
