Thumbs up How do you spend you Labor Day? - A Barbeque Party Time?

Traditionally, Labor Day is celebrated as the symbolic end of the summer. The holiday is often regarded as a day of rest. Forms of celebration include picnics, barbecues, firework displays, water sports, and public art events. This year, the Labor Day falls on September 7th, what you do on this special day?

So, if you are fanatic about barbequing, spend this special day together with friends at a barbeque party would be meaningful and unforgettable. Not only on Labor Day, on weekend which comes along soon will also be good time for you to enjoy yourself from it. If you are a beginner, here, perhaps I can help you with some basic barbeque tips that will guide you to a successful barbeque party.

Some basic barbeque tips that truly help:
 Keep your meat fresh. Be sure to cook it within an hour of exposing the meat to room temperature.
 Before cooking any meat, rub the grill with oil to prevent your meat or patties from sticking.
 Marinades tenderize meat, keep them moist during cooking, and enhance flavor. Overnight marinating is ideal for meat to absorb all the seasoning. If you don’t have the time, try to marinate the meat at least 2 hours prior to cooking.
 Baste the meat during the barbecuing process with the marinade if sugar content is minimal. If you wait to baste the meat towards the last quarter of cooking, it could cause the meat to dry out.
 When turning meat, be sure to use a Tong and a spatula
 Don’t pierce the meat with a fork. You will lose the flavorful juices of the meat.
 Don’t add any salt until the meat is cooked to avoid it from getting dry and tough.
 If you are using an old fashioned charcoal barbecue, light coals about 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Of course, to make your barbeque party memorable, you can appoint a person take plenty of photos or film the barbeque party for you which you can later share with your friends. If you happen to have PowerPoint installed on your computer, you can use it easily to make a video or DVD for the photos and videos you take together. And then send the video or DVD you made with PowerPoint to friends who have attended the BBQ as a gift.

Here is how PowerPoint will help you create an excellent video/DVD for your barbeque party:

 All the photos and video clips taken at the BBQ party can be displayed in PowerPoint in sequence
 PowerPoint allows you to insert comments to the photos and videos inserted
 You can make your barbeque show more pleasant with a suitable background music
 More than 50 animations for you to make your barbeque show more vivid
 You can use your imagination to make the BBQ show fancy with other objects inserted, such as clipart, and JIF humor

After you finish creating the barbeque PowerPoint show, the next step is to convert the BBQ show to video or burn it onto DVD discs, and then sharing your presentations in Multiple Ways. You can distributing it to your friends or uplaoding it to website to share with everybody who like it.

The next time you have a BBQ party, be aware of the barbeque tips above. And make your BBQ party memorable with photos and videos. Send a video or DVD created by yourself to all friends who attend the party.
