| The Mexican town of Aguascalientes is quite nice actually. The town has plenty of good hotels that are near the main highway routes in and out of town. Regarding safety in Mexico, you'll always have to be more extra careful when you're a single traveler, no matter where you go. I suggest travelling light and keep your stuff with you, and plan where you'll stay before hand. Also, try to get to wherever you go in late afternoon or early evening while there are still plenty of people around and it isn't too dark. Good luck! |
