Mexico is full of timeshare scams

Go visit mexicotimesharefraud.com for more information We were scammed last week in Cabo San Lucas. It is illegal to sell a timeshare and be made to sign a paper that you can not cancel within 5 days and get your money back. That is what happened to us. We cancelled after 3 days on site and they refused to cancel (Casa Dorada at Medana Beach). This is a new, being build timeshare and they used bait and switch to get us to sign. They refuse to give us our money back but it is illiegal according to Mexican law. If anyone else has had this experience, let me know.

There was a episode on King of the Hill exactly like you said. The name of the episode is called Death Buys a Timeshare it was very funny.

We had the same trouble in Cabo San Lucas.Different resort same bullcrap. We did manage to get or money back.Read my posting on high pressure timeshare sales.Hopefully it was posted.
