Villa Mazatlan or Tennis Villa at El Cid Resorts in Mazatlan. His websites are lies .. he does not take Paypal or Visa and the daily rate is not $100 as listed. He wants $$ deposited in a Wells Fargo Account and he even gives wrong account numbers .. as I think he has many accounts.

You will give him a signed contract with copies of your drivers license and credit card. After the deposit you will never hear from him again and will not get a signed contract necessary to complete the rental nor any details on address nor how to gain access to the villa.

I found one person on TripAdvisor who rented from him. She had the same problems but did stay in the villa, so it exists. But she did not get her security deposit back. While she was there, a woman came to the door. THe woman had a contract with Jole for the villa. He cancelled the contract at the last minute and she had no time to find another accommodation. She planned to sue.

I'd like to know how to do that. We are out $2000 at the moment.
