Default Re: Fishing in Mexico

I did my Mexico fishing trip 2 years back and my favourite area is Cabo San Lucas. We were 5 and one of my friends was interested in Marlin fishing, so we have chosen Cabo and did 5 days trip. Our trip was excellent and got a chance to see the Mexico fishing tournament which was held in October. In Cabo, fishing is one of the best things to do and there are many Mexico fishing packages available at affordable rate. The best time of year for sport fishing at Cabo San Lucas is between October and January, so if any one planning a trip to Cabo then travel during these months, it'll be fabulous & exciting :-).

Riviera Maya & Tulum also serves as the best spots for fishing purposes.

Feb. 2009 Mazatlan Mexico Fishing update:

Hello Anglers from all over.
The fishing still is very good.

Deep sea fishing: We have been catching nice size Striped Marlin, Mahi mahi and Yellow fin Tuna.

Inshore fishing: Pearch, Trigger fish, Snappers and Jack Crevalle are bitting.

Weather still very nice, Chilly in the morning, warm and sunny all day and windy in the afternoon. The temperature is still dropping very slowly.

Thanks for reading, i hope you guys visit Mazatlan and fish very soon.
Good Luck and enjoy your trip as i always say.
