hi there,

When it comes to acquiring a Mexican drivers license you need a valid foreign driver's license, which means if you don't have your license in the first place you won't be able to get a Mexican drivers license.

The only way you can get a license is by committing a fraudulent act but I would not advised that because when that fraud is discovered, not only the fraud license be revoked as well, but your insurance in an accident would be invalid, and you would likely end up in jail.

Thumbs up Re: dmv

I agree, you must satisfy the time period of your revocation, and get it re-instated.
