|  Montana hiking trails hi, I have a question regarding hiking. Me and my friend will be hiking for the first time and I wanted to know where could find the best Montana hiking trails and what advice or tips could you give us? |

|  Re: Montana hiking trails hi there, The best Montana hiking trails are in the western part of the state in isolated mountain ranges like the Bitterroot Mountain Range near Missoula. When looking to go hiking in Montana, you can enjoy shorter hikes on a day-to-day basis, or you can book extended hiking trips that usually include camping along the way. One tip I would suggest is to bring the right hiking boots or shoes along for the trip to avoid developing some annoying blisters. Also, bears often live in mountains areas so I would consult local rangers about this, and also carry some bear mace with you would be ideal. |
