|  Grand Island vacation hello, We are planning a trip to Nebraska in the last two weeks of February and I needed some input from this forum...We are staying in Lincoln but we'd love to explore other nearby cities and in particular Grand Island. Can someone suggest what a Grand Island vacation is popular for? |

|  Re: Grand Island vacation Hi there, Since you are traveling in February, I would suggest visiting the Crane Meadows Nature Center. There are eagle watches in February, crane watches in March and April, prairie bird watches through May, and butterfly programs in the summer. Also, Crane Meadows Nature Center has more than seven miles of hiking trails, where you can enjoy a mini wildlife safari and explore the beautiful birds. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
