Planning Amsterdam Group Trip

I am really excited about going to Amsterdam this year for New Years Eve, but checking out the prices and its over $600 per person. So I thought that traveling in a group could get us a discount!!! So if anyone is interested in traveling to a country where all you have is freedom, then let's talk.

I would like to get together 12 or more people to travel with in order to get a good airfare discount. I really would like to spend only $300-$400 per person, really only $300. The dates would be from Friday December 28th-Tuesday, January 1st, 2008. The flight would leave at 4:40pm and arrive in Amsterdam at 6 am. From there you are free to go and do what you want.

I was only trying to get a low airfare, since there are many hostels, hotels, apartments out there, but if enough people respond then we can organize lodging and sightseeing in everything.

I am not asking for anyone to pay me any money directly nor I am asking for any payment for this trip. My boyfriend and I would just like to go see amsterdam without breaking the bank. All airfares will be paid to a travel agent directly from you. A payment plan can probably be set up so you won't have to pay everything at once.

I am looking for responsible people over 18 years of age. I believe most if not all illegal drugs are legal over there so please be responsible. I will not be responsible for anyone on this trip but myself and you should do the same also. Everyone is responsible to obtaining a valid passport and/or visa before the date of this trip. Interesting idea, malesk. I'm not available to travel on those dates, otherwise I would look further into it (especially to Amsterdam). I hope the organizing goes smoothly and you can make the trip happen. Good luck.

Was wondering if you were able to get this organized? I'm in the planning stages now for a trip in April 2009 and would love any feedback or helpful hints.
