Looking for current feedback on Bonnie Springs Ranch. Is it worth seeing for adults?

I've never been there and I wouldn't say I've heard the best things about it. I'm kind of an animal lover and I've heard the animals there don't seem to be "living the high life" if you know what I mean. Granted, this is all 2nd hand info, but I trust my friends. I think I'd be more interested in seeing some of the other great sites in that stretch of America, like Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, of Valley of Fire or something. Your mileage may vary.

old post but for those interested I'd say Bonnie springs makes for a good day away from the hussle of vegas, a family outting or just a part of a Red Rocks day. The western town is fun, the petting zoo is ok. granted the animals look a bit bored. all in all it is worth visiting and making your own decision. affordable here's a picture why-not-las-vegas.com/pix/bonnie_springs.jpg
