Nevada

Nevada is home to Las Vegas but it houses much more than that. Ski at Lake Tahoe, cruise Lake Mead, or relax at the Carson City Hot Springs Resort. View the striking red sandstone formations at Red Rock Canyon. Enjoy the hiking, and biking in the area. Nevada is a state with legalized casino gambling and cities like Reno also have tables and slot machines.

Default Vegas Trip Planning: Your approaches/ methods/ suggestions.

I'm interested in Vegas visitor's planning methods and your 3 most important considerations when doing so.
Is it mostly about costs or cost savings? Comfort? Dining opportunities? Specific hotel/casinos? What's
critical for you? Detailed input is solicited. Thanks!

Trip planning methods.

I am to the point now where I can usually get comped rooms right through my entire stay. If a property offers me something special, like a slot tournament or a shopping spree, that will affect my decision on when and where to go.
Next I watch for airfare sales, and try to wrap those around the dates I want to travel.
Lastly I organize all the coupons I want to use and line up all the shows I want to see. If it is a really popular show like LOVE I will book it ahead. The rest I usually purchase from the half-price ticket sellers.

Default I would think "cost" would be a high priority now a days

With people trying to save as much money as possible in as many ways as possible I would think that "cost" would definitely be in the top few positions.
