Nevada Nevada is home to Las Vegas but it houses much more than that. Ski at Lake Tahoe, cruise Lake Mead, or relax at the Carson City Hot Springs Resort. View the striking red sandstone formations at Red Rock Canyon. Enjoy the hiking, and biking in the area. Nevada is a state with legalized casino gambling and cities like Reno also have tables and slot machines.

There's more to Nevada than Las Vegas! Granted, it's a big part of the tourism in Nevada but there's so much more to do! Explore Death Valley. Visit Lake Tahoe and if you're just looking for gambling outside of the craziness of Las Vegas, Reno also has a variety of casinos! Let's talk about travel in Nevada!

It is of course undeniable that Nevada being the most mountainous states in America has plenty of attractions. Car rental in Nevada City is cheaper and takes you an affordable ride around. There are lots of things to do in Nevada including Skiing in Mount Rose, driving around Lake Tahoe, enjoying the Lake Mead Desert Princess Cruises, a visit to the sin city, Las Vegas and Reno and much more. There is no hassle in traveling when there are Car rentals in Nevada City. It is not worth to miss a great holiday in such a fabulous place.

Also, the inner parts of Nevada are quite interesting and scenic. Towns such as Hawthorne, Fallon, Tonopah, Elko, Ely, and Beatty. All of the towns also have gaming/casinos, but there seems to be a little more culture here.

Lake Tahoe during the week. my husband and I got a screaming deal on the room at Harrahs- it had 2 bathrooms with tv's in them (his n hers) walk in closet, separate bedroom/living rooms, stocked refrig (items in it were xtra$), awesome view of the lake (we saw the sun set from our room!) all for approx $112. for 2 persons! I thought that was a great deal... the room was huge- it had a large mirrored bar/coffee type area also!

There are also some attractions in Nevada that don't require any money. We live in NE Nevada and there are some great lakes for fishing. The Ruby Mountains are beautiful. Sure we have casinos and you can drink 24/7 but you can also fish and hunt or just go for a hike.

Always Nevada is attracting people from different countries. Nevada is one of the only places you can ski world-class runs in the morning, then walk world-class greens in the afternoon. In Nevada, outdoor recreation awaits at every turn. In the northeast is Cowboy Country, and like the cowboys and ranchers who call it home, the region is rugged and untamed. So tourists will take Nevada in to their list.
