In 1992, Wolfgang Puck opened Spago's at Caesars. SInce then, Las Vegas has rightfully earned a spot alongside dining's other hot cities. Practically every Who's Who in the culinary world has stepped into the kitchen and opened a restaurant.

Now, you can immerse yourself into some very original menus from chefs like Mark Miller, Emeril Lagasse, Eberhard Muller, Charlie Palmer, Alex Stratta, Joachim Splichal and Julian Serrano. The quality and originality is such that both the AAA Tourbook and the Mobil Travel Guide have graciously awarded many area dining houses with four and five diamonds and four and five starts, respectively.

That's not to say that the cafe or the buffet, the cornerstones of casino dining, are dead. Goodness, no! It simply means that the buffet, in particular, has ventured to new dimensions. It is safe to state that, as with all things in this part of Nevada, you have not seen spreads like the one upon which you will feast your eyes and appetites.
