| Re: autumn in New Hampshire hi there, It gets fairly busy during the fall foliage, especially around mid-October so, make your reservations well in advance. Another popular thing in New Hampshire during autumn is the farms as it is harvesting season. In some areas, like the Lakes Region, you will find little stands on the side of the road every few miles. Also, some of the best dining in the state is during the autumn which is when so many restaurants offer local produce on their menus. Popular agricultural fairs and events are held in big cities like Concord and small towns like Sandwich. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
