hi there, New Hampshire is truly a hikers paradise and you can find hiking trails anywhere. One of my favourite places is Odiorne Point which is just south of Portsmouth. Here, you can find an extensive network of trails and the Seacoast Science Center where you can learn more about the Seacoast's cultural and natural history. If you want more challenging trails, head to the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, where trails wind through the wetlands and other amazing scenes.

Hi springbloom1, If you love trekking, hiking and adventure travel then I would recommend you to visit Ladakh in India. This might seem too far for you but Ladakh is one of the best destination for all trekking and adventure travel enthusiasts. I came across Shakti Himalaya while searching for adventure travel in Himalaya, India and they arrange such trips in Ladakh. Cheers.

I suggest hiking in Arethusa Falls Trail. The trail drops more than 200 feet in a swath of lacy mist into New Hampshire's highest falls. The hike up the Arethusa Falls Trail is an easy one as it is only a mile long, though the only drawback is that you're mostly traveling through the woods, so you don't see very many grand views. Of course, on a rainy wet cloudy day, we wouldn't have seen much anyway.
