| So, what's the best way to get from the airport? I was thinking about being brave and driving, but I'll need some directions from JFK to Manhattan. What is your advice? Maybe I should just take a cab. What does that tend to cost? |

| Moderator Jr Member | Since it's New York, there's also rail transportation to consider. The JFK to Manhattan train is another option to get from the airport into Manhattan. Then you don't have to worry about the traffic. The AirTrain links the subway with the airport, and the Long Island Railway also sends trains to the Jamaica station, right by JFK. Either route offer cost-effective transportation without the traffic!
