USA road tripTravel companion wanted
I'm planning to leave NYC about June 1 for 2 to 4 weeks.

Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Cavern, the Alamo, Smokey Mountains, etc.

Phoenix, Austin, San Antonio, New Orleans, Memphis, Nashville, etc. ending up in LA. Open to suggestions.


Nature, & the cities in daylight.

LIVE Music at night & festivals if possible - jazz, blues, folk, etc.

I plan on getting a camper van for 2 - 4 people.
So there will be room for 2-4 of us.

You must be over 21 & sane. NO illegal drugs. NO smokers.

A good driver 25 & over with a valid drivers license is a BIG plus.

Costs: About $20 a day for gas etc. About $10-20 a day for camping. Hostels, motels, hotels, etc. optional.
Everyone pays for their own food or pool it. $5-10pp pd
I'm into lots of local FRESH fruits & vegetables.
It would be about $30-50 per day for 14-30 days or maybe longer. A northern return to NY is also possible.
