Wine trips - taking notes

I'm going to the Mosel in Germany for a wine trip with some colleagues. I was told I need to take notes of the tastings so I don't forget about them.
Does anybody have any other freeware suggestions for wine note journals?

I'm thinking that EverNote might be a good app, but if you're looking for a specific app for wine, there's the Wine App. I haven't used it, but it looks really good. Find out more at this website.

If you want to go old fashioned, I've seen special journals out there, where you can fill in the pertinent information. I think I've seen them at Barnes & Noble.
