This was one of my favorite places when I was a child and I take my daughter whenever we go home to visit family. I love the turtle shells that the kids get to sit in. The Bronx Zoo is the largest metropolitan zoo in the nation, with more than 6,000 animals and many award-winning exhibits.

I also like Bronx Botanic Garden which is located near the Bronx Zoo
