New York

New York, one of the original thirteen colonies, is filled with popular culture as well as historical venues. Visit the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and Niagara falls. It's a busy city with events held at Madison Square Garden, Time Square and exhibits at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Travel throughout the city is just as easy as hailing a cab or catching the subway and trains.

I ate pizza quite a bit the last time I was NYC. I've got a taste for some now. I'm hungry. Lol.

Yuuuum pizza.

My favorites are:

OTTO on 8th Street off of 5th Avenue in the Village (for thin crust gourmet pizza)
Gruppo on Avenue B close to 11th Street (I think) (for thin crust personally designed pizza)
St. Marks PIzza (on St. Marks. . .if you are able to time travel . . one of the city's best which no longer exists).

Blow off all "Ray's" . . . Original, Famous or Otherwise as they no longer live up to the hype.

There are dozens of other around various neighborhoods . . .ask around and give it a shot. Nothing beats a slice!

Mangia!!
