| If you are interested in wine tour then I suggest Nelson which is the New Zealand eighth largest wine region and has wide range of vineyards. During your wine tour, you will get an opportunity to visit wineries, wine making process and know about New Zealand food and wines. I had a wine tour in Newzealand for half a day and gourmet for full day that includes good lunch. Marlborough is the best place to take a wine tour in New Zealand and it has more than 55 wineries which open mostly year around. Nelson is located at the shore of Tasman bay and the Abel Tasman national park & the Nelson lakes national park are the popular attractions of Nelson. You can go for day cruises, walk around the Abel Tasman National Park, swim in the Nelson's beach or enjoy the sea kayaking. And just have a look at Neslson hotels if you are looking for accommodation in Nelson. have a great wine tour! |

| Hi fredd, the wine tour at New Zealnd during last May has given us a sound knowledge of the country's finest wines. We are doing research on some of the world's most tastier wines, so we did a tour in Newzealand. we went many wineries including Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Gisborne, Wellington, Nelson, Marlborough, Canterbury, Otago, Wanaka, Queenstown and Rotorua. We found that Nelson has wide range of wine regions and stylish wines. The Marlborough wines are popular wordldwide especially the sauvignon Blanc. In Auckland, Kumeu and Henderson are well known winemaking districts and the most popular varieties here are Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and other white varieties. So I think you can go around all these place to taste the wine. |
