Is it possible to fly to Big/ Little Corn Island from Managua? if so, what airline does the trip? how much do round trip tickets to Big Corn Island cost approximately, and how long does it take?

Yes, it is possible to fly to the Big Corn Island from Managua, and form there you can get a water taxi to Little Corn Island.

One of the Nicaragua's domestic airline that does the trip is La Costena Airlines, which flies this route with the last flights leaving Managua in the afternoon. Round trip tickets to Big Corn Island cost around $200 and takes under two hours to get there.

I suggest to book in advance and keep your baggage under 25 lbs or you'll end up paying around $2 per pound you are over the limit.
