Watch out for rodents in Emerald Isle

I am currently in a dispute with the Largest Real Estate Firm in Emerald Isle over the fact that they failed to provide fit and habitable accomodations as agreed by their Rental Contract.




The home was Rodent infested and miserable, customer service was far more lacking. The firm refuses to live up to their end of the contract and do the right thing. Fortunately we only spent the weekend, never again will we use this firm. Its a shame as they represent the vast majority of properties in Emerald Isle but I will be going elsewhere and recommend that others look to the smaller firms on the Island if they want to stay in Emerald Isle.
