If you're in Cleveland you can visit the beaches in Lake Erie to enjoy fun water activities, fishing and a bit of boating. In fact, Im wondering why guys don't actually base your vacation in Lake Erie? Honestly, Lake Erie is the place to be for a summer vacation.

By the way, Lake Erie beaches can be found from Ashtabula in the east to Sandusky in the east, which is the home of Cedar Point Amusement Park.

Either way, no matter what you're planning to do during your vacation in Cleveland, a visit to the beach on Lake Erie Ohio will be a nice addition to your plans.

There's a whole bunch to explore along the shores of Lake Erie. The unduplicated Rock n Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is located in a pyramid along the lake, just minutes from the Great Lakes Science Center. The new aquarium will be close by too. There's also Edgewater State Park and its beaches, but it's surely too cold for a swim now!
