Wink family vacation in Ohio

I’m planning a business trip to Ohio in April or May, but I’m bringing my family with me since they haven’t been visited Ohio before. Looking for a nice accommodation and interesting places to visit. Also I would like to find something for my son and wife to do while I’m busy with my work. My son is 12 years old so any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Smile Re: family vacation in Ohio

Not sure what Cities in Ohio you would like but this are the ones i would recommend Cincinnati hotels, Cleveland hotels, Columbus hotels,Dayton hotels, Toledo hotels and there is also Ohio Bed and Breakfasts, Ohio has many attractions, first i would recommend you to look here Things To Do In Ohio, as you explore all the links i`ll post here, you will find that Ohio truly has so much to discover, first-class lodging, shopping, arts, restaurants, zoos, theme parks, diverse cultural events and NCAA and other professional sporting competitions? there is the Cedar Point Amusement Park with 69 rides, including 17 world-class roller coasters, four children’s areas, a gigantic waterpark (Soak City), three resort hotels, a year-round indoor waterpark resort, a luxury RV campground with cottages and cabins, two marinas, an entertainment complex (Challenge Park), award-winning live entertainment, gift shops, restaurants and more, it’s easy to see why Cedar Point amusement park/resort in Sandusky, Ohio, has been voted the “Best Amusement Park in the World” for a record nine consecutive years! I`m sure your son will love it. And the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is set amidst 165 wood acres, off of Fulton Avenue, just four miles south of downtown. It's a fascinating collection of animals from all over the world, many residing in natural-like, open-air settings.
Favorite exhibits include the African elephants, the "Wolf Wilderness" exhibit, and the latest addition, the "Australian Adventure." A two-acre, enclosed Rain Forest features some of the myriad of wildlife found in the tropical jungle.
, not forgetting the West Side Market the oldest operating indoor/outdoor market space. It is located at the corner of West 25th Street and Lorain Avenue in the Ohio City district. The market began operating in 1840, across the street from the market’s current location. I`m sure you will have a good time, I hope this helps.
Take care!
