|  Re: Stillwater Oklahoma hi there, Stillwater museums give you a chance to experience the history and heritage of central Oklahoma. Places like: - The Sheerar Museum documents that last 100 years of life. - The Stillwater Airport Memorial Museum documents aviation from 1918, the year the first plane landed here to the present day. - The Washington Irving Trail Museum explores some of the offbeat and lesser-known chapters of local history, like a Civil War battles.
