| hi there, Whale watching in Oregon is possible from Cape Kiwanda Park, located in northern Oregon just off of Highway 101. The park is one of the best parks for whale watching from the shore. Also, the Cape makes up one part of the three Capes Scenic Route, which also includes Cape Meares and Cape Lookout. I think the only expense is a $5 fee for parking at the cape which you can use at the other capes. |
