| I'm thinking of moving to Las Vegas to work as an esthetician. I'm NOT!!! young or slim and I was wondering if someone out there could give me some direction to start. Thank you, Curly Red |

| Vegas is always looking for estheticians. I think you will have a relatively easy time finding work in the city. Spa's are constantly opening up as the city continues to grow. If you have the background you'll be sure to get in for an interview. It may take a couple of months, as everything in Vegas usually does (especially if you apply with a hotel). Clients want to see that you take good care of your skin and of your body. Hotels want to see that you're going to stick with them for more than a couple of months. If you work in a hotel, then you wont have to worry about building clientele. Just make sure you have the experience the hotel is looking for if you're interested in applying, b/c the applications ask for a 10 year history (complete with address and phone numbers of all everything) Good luck! |
