Destination for Swimmers

Our family - two adults, boys 14 and 16 - are avid swimmers. After a few days in Panama City, what is the best island destination for swimming and kayaking? Is it Bocas or San Blas? Thanks!

The Bocas del Toro archipelago is considered great for kayaking and swimming especially
within the Bastimentos Marine National Park.
On the other hand in San Blas archipelago,a chain of hundreds of islands and islets, you can have more privacy by renting an island at a small fee and enjoy your swimming at your leisure.

Few months back, I went to this island and visited Isla Bastimentos, which is located just 10 mins boat ride from the Bocas del Toro town.
